Various laws have been formulated to make the human beings get justice in every part of life. The parliament wants every person get justice in the society. Every religion also gave stress on the rights of the people and all the books of the God have mentioned that justice plays an important role for the progress of the country as well as it also makes the peaceful society. The Human right act is applicable in the whole Europe and any one whose rights are not being giving can claim in the court under the human right act. Under this act all the citizens would be given equal job rights, food rights, proper salary package etc. Besides these rights, there are various parental abandonment laws, crime laws, have been made and these laws aim is just to give justice to each individual of the society. The different types of cases are heard at different levels of the jurisdiction. Some cases are heard in court of appeal, while some are heard in the high court. Some times the appeal goes to the upper level of jurisdiction and the law is approximately same all over the world for the people.
